P. della Campania, lasciate macerare in alcol secondo una lavorazione rispettosa della tradizione. I frutti utilizzati, selezionati con cura, sono sottoposti a un naturale processo di arrossimento sulla paglia, come previsto dal disciplinare IGP. Il risultato un prodotto dai profumi delicati e freschi di mela appena tagliata, con un finale leggermente mandorlato che ne esalta leleganza al
