The fabric is a damask linen with a heavy weight and a supple texture. The cloth is still thick, but it became floppy after two centuries of washing! It is such a strong sustainable fabric, this amazing cloth is used of course, but not worn: it has just softener itself to become a wonderful floppy cloth with a gorgeous indigo dye
