The harvest takes place late after the grapes are perfectly ripe. 12 months in one to four year old French oak barrels. Ripe black fruit and toast aromas. Herby. Balsamic and mineral with ripe tannins and a full, long finish. It is above all the elegant, soft character of this Cabernet that is remarkable. Pairs nicely with red meat, poultry and hard cheese.
